Villa Erofili is a beautiful newly built stone house with all modern facilities. It includes a 41 m2 large private swimming pool with separate children’s end. The pool provides also hydro-massage. There are sun beds and also a BBQ area.

The villa’s beautiful designed layout, combined with a fabulous location offering panoramic views over the mountains, sea, and olive groves, creates a very special and exclusive setting. There is also a car park. The whole site is surrounded by olive groves, which give a special impression of quietness for each visitor.

Villa Erofili has 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms suitable for 8 persons. The entrance leads to the spacious open air conditioned living/dining hall with marble fireplace, satellite TV and a comfortable sitting area.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee machine, Cutlery and table-ware, etc. and has also a balcony.

There is also one bedroom with twin beds and a shower/WC on the ground floor.

An internal staircase leads to the upper floor where there are three more bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom/WC with a hydro-massage bathtub. The other two bedrooms have twin beds. Another spacious bathroom with a washing machine and a bathtub is on this floor.

Each bedroom has a balcony with wonderful views to the sea and mountains and all are air-conditioned.

The villa has also a big beautiful rooftop of 30 m2, where you can sit and enjoy magnificent views to the sea, the mountain and the city of Rethymno and relax.
